Been trying to tell my wife for years it's not her high blood sugar its because she stinks. Now I have science on my side.

So that's why us Long Distance hikers get hounded by mosquitoes! After 5 days with no shower it's worse.

1st thing you are taught if you live in a region with Malaria. Your stinky feet are why they like to bite you around the ankle area. Also dark colored clothing, fragrances including soap, lotion, etc.

Pretty cool study/article. I've always wondered why I can sit in the same cloud of mosquitoes and never get bit while others get eaten alive. Now I know!
