Ambassador is now 4 laned all the way to Hwy 90. It now runs from I-10 to Hwy 90. Still is a cluster at Johnston.

Verot is now 4 laned from Pinhook past Ambassador.

Kaliste will soon be 4 laned from E. Broussard all the way to Hwy 90. The super roundabout at E. Broussard is almost complete.

All with two lane roads between those points and Youngsville.

Each town has only 13,000 people. Each town has multiple ways of connecting to Lafayette.

There is hwy90 and Ambassador. How many four lane roads do they need? I drive on the road all day everyday and I can assure you that the traffic is those two towns is not the big issue.

I moved to Lafayette from BR a few years back. Looked at alot of different areas and decided on the area around Woodvale and LJ Alleman. I work in Broussard and it's an easy 20-25 minute drive in the mornings with traffic going the other way. In the evenings it's an extra 5 minutes.

You will have to pay for private school no matter where you go, and traffic will be shite.

I moved away from there for that very reason.

I was fortunate enough to have a VERY honest realtor when I was moving who took me to those nice areas in Youngsville at just the right time for me to see the insane traffic on all those two lane roads inside the populated areas.

Miles of cars stopped because of random stop signs. I rolled down my window during a long stop and asked a local where he was coming from and how long it took to get home. Over an hour once he got off the four lane roads depending on the time of day and weather.

Eff that.
