If you ever start choking to death and fall on grass marked with a "Please Keep Off" sign, I'm letting you choke.

Will never happen, so not worth the thought.

The way we think about things socially will be changing in seven days - thank God.
That said, if some a-hole is going to start shooting up the place and there is a question as to who is going to live or die and the choice is the shooter or my loved ones and myself, I am going to want some input into the discussion. I figure a .45 cal semi ought to influence the outcome of the discussion.
As a lawyer friend of mine and I were discussing a year back before our cases were called, a lot of those cowardly frickers wouldn't be as likely to shoot if they have any inkling that someone's going to be shooting back.

Are you a hero or going to a pound me in the arse prison?
Depends on jurisdiction.
Strong conservative area - DA and Police chief will probably agree not to charge and prosecute.
Strong Liberal Area - Would probably make an initial charge but would probably backdown after public support of hero.

Does not matter if you go to jail if you save lives.

I mean like a library, school zone, or college campus.
Depends where you're at. If you're in some fairy arse state, probably, but public universities here in Texas can't do shite if you carry. It's a state law that it's your right to conceal carry on campus.
