I'd do the following:
MANDATORY Open Carry of firearms by all citizens
Legalized Dueling
ILLEGAL concealed carry
ILLEGAL for businesses to ban firearms from their premises absent somekind of security to ensure guns do not come in (metal detectors and/or guards).

I agree with this. shite drives me crazy. It has to be the laziest thing in the human race besides littering.
You are literally pushing the cart for what 10 to 60 minutes inside the store, prob walk a damn mile doing so. Then once you load your shite into the car these ppl say, frick that shite, i am not walking this cart 50' to the cart zone, this curb looks perfect.
I will occasionally call them call them out if I think I can get away with it.

Similar to your complaint, I was Christmas shopping in the mall Wed night and sat down to eat with a few friends.
The table next to us had 4 people eating. It was a "Dig In" restaurant place where you get rice, 2 veggies, 1 meat in a plastic bowl with a plastic cover (like a salad to go container).
Those lazy fricks left their empty bowls, napkins, empty cups, everything right on the table, got their sorry asses up and walked away.
Couldn't be bothered to walk 10 feet to the thrash can.
There was no wait staff - like a food court.
