If the OT had a say in future BR traffic problems

All we need is a new bridge and bypass south of BR that reconnects with I-10 and then I-12 east of BR. We don't even need a full loop.

I realize this would cost of a shite ton but it would fix most of the traffic woes.

A plague. Then the current infrastructure would be fine.

1. Abolish Barber Bros construction from the state of LA.

2. Start gentrifying North BR to utilize its superior traffic infrastructure.

3. Remove the Constitution/College intersection and replace the College, Acadian, Essen, and Highland interchanges with diverging diamond interchanges.

Not have all the lights on the main road synced to trigger every time someone rolls up to take a right turn.

Ticket people stopping 8 car lengths back from the car in front of them, this compounds the already bad situation by allowing less cars through lights and traffic to stack up more than it should.

Stop the endless construction that is just done to line some ones brother in laws construction companies profits.
