This, according to the son of Moon, then is the mayor of New Orleans suggesting the remaining population of the city is neither best nor bright? Because if the best and brightest have gone, then they cannot also be present. And yeah, it's all on the statues. Sure.

I know. We all know by the hundreds of threads started by grown men bitching about it.
I think it's fricking stupid. I think more people from out of town go to New Orleans to view those statues and those types of things that make the city unique. And now that uniqueness is being torn down by an idiot who only aims to satisfy one segment of the population. Yes, it's stupid, but so are all the threads bitching about it.
