Watch this YouTube video to see the layout of the house and where all of the bedrooms are along with where the murders took place. Will help you understand how the roommates might have slept through the sounds.

The police said in the press conference yesterday that the roommates, guy on video and ex boyfriend have all been cleared.

Yeah, the food truck guy and the ex-bf probably gave solid alibis for their whereabouts at 3-4.

Especially the ex. The 2:52 call establishes him not at the house at the time. If he can alibi up for being more than 45-60 minutes away (by road), then it pretty much excludes him.

…Unless, he’s smart enough to leave his phone at home to commit a crime, thereby having it ping there, thus establishing an alibi.

Haven't heard much about the Madison girl's BF other than his mom saying how much in love they were and how she was expected at their Thanksgiving and how torn up he is.

But if it was him and considering how sloppy the killer is said to have been you'd think they'd have enough evidence to arrest him by now.

Definitely not looking like it was someone very close to them.

I would hope their interview with him went deeply enough to cover that more than just his phone location but I don’t know. They were pretty insistent that all those parties were cleared and asked the public to stop with the rumors about those and other parties. Good luck with that.

If a dog was in the house, that thing would be yapping up a storm watching a stranger murder its humans.

Kaylee had a dog she shared with her ex bf. Whether it was there or not I haven't heard.

Pretty sure the post you're replying to is referring to the dog that was found killed and skinned close by and not that long ago not referring to the police knowing about a dog in the house of these murder victims

As mentioned recently, the killer "being messy" and the "skinned dog' from a few weeks ago are 2 new and interesting additions.

1) If the killer was messy there must be trace blood somewhere?

2)No one but a true freak skins a domesticated dog.

See, seeing the layout of house in the video I posted last page, the killer would most likely have to double back or use the stairs more than once. He would have been covered in blood after the murders on first floor attacked (likely 3rd floor) then proceed down/up stairs to next floor attacked (likely 2nd).

He may have cleaned up in a bathroom before proceeding to next floor but that would be messy, too. There’s almost certainly bloody footprints up and down those stairs and across the 2nd and 3rd floors.

This story is getting weirder and weirder.

Can you not be “messy” without making a dumb mistake such as not wearing gloves to conceal fingerprints?

Hell, if the killer had access to medical supply clothing like disposable scrubs and foot booties, he could have ripped off all of the blood covered clothing on his way out and disposed of it in the garbage.

It would be nice if there was a bloody fingerprint though.

He can def be messy without leaving a fingerprint but I find it hard to believe he could stab that many people multiple times without cutting himself, even with gloves. Seems there would have to be his own blood left behind in some for, of dripping pattern or in the sink after an tempt to cleanup and cover. Also seems the victims would have time to fight back in some way that would cause some form of the killers DNA to be left behind in the form of hairs, skin under nails, etc.

Yeah, you’re always going to have a hard time not leaving DNA behind. You flake off skin cells all the time.

However, unless the victims had skin under their fingernails, it’s going to be hard to systematically eliminate suspects based on DNA, considering the house’s reputation for parties.

Depending on how big their social circle could potentially be, there might be a thousand people’s DNA on all manner of surfaces (if you catch my drift) in the house.

Thee would be bloody footprints/shoe prints. Not bloody finger prints. Even with medical booties on, the amount of blood usually involved after stabbing 2 people multiple times would likely seep through the booties. Add to the fact that the police confirmed all were attacked in their sleep but it’s reported the male was found out of the bed, it seems he almost certainly fought back.

Super rare to kill someone with a single stab wound and I doubt any of them slept after being stabbed the first time. One of the females fathers stated his daughter fought back and it’s hard to imagine someone waking up being stabbed and not fighting back after they figure out what’s going on.

I would be shocked if the killer didn’t leave his own blood behind after stabbing multiple people multiple times. Even with gloves, the knife gets super slick with blood and the killer almost always leaves their own blood behind in those murders. This is 4 people so even more likely.
