@BrianEntin
It is a status hearing and we are told it will be short and mainly focused on scheduling.

I thought I read it was moved to 10am CT.
So 8:00 am their time? Might be the only court room operating at that time. May help limit the number of people allowed in the building.

He’s only entering a plea and waiving his right to a speedy trial today though, right?

They did extend the gag order to the search warrant for his apt. and office. They said releasing that would be a danger to the public. Can someone say why it would be a danger to the public?

Is that a shaving cut or a fight wound on his neck and lower lip?

This wasn't a hearing for a plea. Just scheduling.

I read about that yesterday. I think it was filed before charges were announced in public hearing but just released yesterday. It seemed a little more than the usual preserve the investigation stuff, but wording may be more common in Idaho (not sure on Idaho judge sealing a search warrant in Washington).
Some said it was another measure to not taint jury pool or investigation as it now focuses solely on defendant and searching through his personal stuff and more details of his life while others mentioned warrants may have required more details on victims (or find more leading to additional needed warrants) to justify various searches and also about protecting their privacy and their families during this stage of investigation.
Below is one article about it.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11623441/Idaho-judge-seals-search-warrant-Bryan-Kohbergers-Washington-apartment.html
quote:
The document states: 'Premature public disclosure of the details of this law enforcement investigation will create serious and imminent threat to effective law enforcement and could result in the premature end of this investigation which could create a threat to public safety.
'This matter is in the investigative stage and while criminal charges have been brought, those charges are not yet publicly known,' the documents state (it was filed before those charges later became public).
The documents state that it is within the interest of those connected to the brutal slayings to keep the search warrant sealed.
The search warrant, which is shrouded in mystery, won't be sealed forever. The documents go on to say: 'For these reasons, the information contained in the application and the nature of this investigation must be kept secret for a limited period of time.
'It is estimated the investigation will likely be concluded within two months from this date [December 30], so an order sealing the file for that period of time is appropriate and necessary.'
The prosecuting attorney can ask to unseal the records if the investigation and/or criminal case proceeds more quickly than currently anticipated.

So it might be unsealed and we'll learn some new things towards end of February? Wonder if it ends up being that he was really stalking a lot of people connected to this house...

Daily mail has already moved to the mother of his 6th grade crush.
quote:
FBI agents have interviewed Bryan Kohberger's middle school crush in hopes of piecing together the psyche of the man they believe is responsible for the gruesome murders of four Idaho college students.
Kim Kenely, 27, contacted the bureau shortly after learning her former classmate had been arrested for allegedly knifing four housemates to death at a university just 15 minutes from where he was studying in November.
The two were sixth-grade students at Pleasant Valley Intermediate School in Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania, when Kohberger, 28, developed a crush and began romantically pursuing the girl who would go on to be a high school cheerleader.
'She told the FBI whatever she could tell them,' Kenely's mother Sandra confirmed to DailyMail.com on Wednesday.
'It was so long ago. I couldn't imagine what she had to tell the FBI. I guess it was for the character purpose.'

When I see pics of his heavier time period

I think of a young clean shaven version of Leslie Arzt.

Also maybe because Brian needs to have same fate…
