The first thing I see is that 57% of sexual crimes are committed by white perps. Whites make up 61% of the country.
27% of sex crimes are committed by black perps. Black people make up 13% of the country.
Therefore your previous statement holds little water.
That said, sexual crimes are a serious problem and why I've advocated for more prison beds throughout the country. I don't care if the convicted perp is white or black. Get them removed from society. Hell, for the worst of the crimes, execute them
