Im posting that alot of people that look like you, do in fact commit a large portion of these mass shootings as opposed to other crimes. More in fact than any other race put together as stated

Did not like it at all back then but today I’d be horrified.
In my experience, if firing for cause (e.g. an employee stealing) or if laying off several people, workers are less likely to feel singled-out - and less prone to violence.
Regardless, terminating an employee is the most difficult thing I've done at work.
I'm pretty sure that I lose way more sleep than they do.

Funny how stats work. The largest subsection of people commit a greater amount of crime than the lesser populated subsections. What a revelation.
Now tell me what it means when the % of a specific crime they commmit is lower that their population %? Now do the inverse and tell me what it means when a group has a higher % of mass shootings than their % of a population as a whole?

I'm still confused. You mean the article that I linked that was studying how often the shooter's race was mentioned in the news article? The one that showed that even though white shooters were identified 3-5X more often, they were still able to attribute over 3x as many mass shootings to black people in table 2 of the same article?
