A bit? $120k is 2.3k a week. Double time is 4.6k, to make $40k extra in OT that’s 8.5 extra weeks of work

$120kish = $58/hour
January through April is 4 months
$58x1.5=$87.00
$40k\87=460 hours
460 hours/ 4 months= 115 hours a month of overtime

why are yall so worried about his overtime and trying to calculate it out? he didnt say that he was only working overtime at the beginning of the year.

Yeah. The turnaround is over. I’m now back on 4/10s.

Also completely ignoring bonuses

Don't be scared to venture off into the world of process analyzers. Look into companies like Valmet, Yokogawa, Rosemount, ABB to name a few. Don't be scared to move and or travel. Demand for analyzer tech is huge.
