About 20% of the women I've worked with are/were beneficial to the workplace. The rest are drama storms.

Just here to say I recently moved from a department that had all female leadership and mostly female employees and the new department is all guys and one female. It's WAY less dramatic where I'm at now.

When I did corporate training it was about 75% female employees, so I saw most all that came in for a total of @ 1000 location employees.
Women are as bad as any man I know or have known when it comes to being out of line with their words, actions, or anything else that could be construed as sexual in nature.

My boss is a major cûnt. Most of my female co-workers are very nice, but some can’t handle criticism. Most of the time, we get along fine.

Worked predominantly around women my whole professional career. I have a gift of laying low and staying out of drama. They laugh because when conversations get drama filled I have a knack for making a quick exit. I ain’t got time for that
