Not at all, because your payout is directly reflected in your odds. Often times the payout is far beyond what is going to make a difference in how happy you are at the expense of greatly decreasing your odds of striking it rich. I knew id needed to explain that for some of our posters and I didn't bother, so that's my fault.

I once hit 3 white balls plus the Mega ball when I lived in TN playing numbers off of a fortune cookie from lunch that day.
Cashed it at Kroger and bought groceries.
Also was one digit off from hitting the TN Cash jackpot for 960k.
