while i agree it shouldnt be done until the child is old enough to consent, its also one of those things best done while very young so its less painful and heals faster.
since there is no medical need to mutilate boys penis then im on the side of not allowing it the same way i am against muslims cutting off girls genitals so they cant enjoy sex. that practice was invented just to prevent women from leaving the goat fricking heathens who cant please them for real men who give them orgasms
