No, but there was a wet spot on the kitchen floor. Donatello climbed out to either make for his great escape..or his certain death.

I seriously lol'd.

Funniest stuff I've heard in a while.

I'm sure Donatello was smart. He probably found a way out.

Had to believe the box wasn't disturbed. Maybe Donatella went into sort of chameleon state. Check box again.

So my dog's been throwing up and not really moving for the last 12 hours and whined all night. Looks like little Donatello is having the last laugh.

Heading to the vet in 30 minutes. Vet said probably salmonella poisoning?

reptiles, esp turtles and frogs, carry salmonella

always wash hands after touching a reptile.

Been waiting. He cried all night and grunted when it was time to shite this morning. Hoping he actually chewed for once and this thing is in pieces

OMG! At least you didn't step on the turtle. I had a little one even I was a kid. Was playing with it on the floor and my mom accidentally stepped on it!

I think it would be better if he stepped on it rather than the dog eating it..

The only one way to tell if your dog ate your turtle. First go to the store and buy some chocolate chip and lemon cookies. When you get home shove a chocolate chip cookie up your dogs arse. Wait a couple minutes and repeat this 2 more times. Wait 3 minutes and slam a lemon cookie up his arse. When the turtle sticks his head out to spit the lemon cookie out grab him.
