We'll get ready EPA has approved "Agent Orange" resistant cotton and soybeans. It will be mass sprayed on these crops in the future. Has already been used all over the U.S. every year on pastures and burn down before crops were planted. It will now be sprayed directly on crops.

It is damn near impossible to sue a Dr
First step is passing medical review board. In order for your case to move forward, three or four of your Dr's peers (who work in the same area) have to agree to gross negligence. It has to be pretty egregious for this to happen because those same Dr's know you'll be convened on a similar panel where they're the target

Tomorrow makes two weeks in the hospital for my wife. Care has been mixed. Surgeon totally dropped the ball with after care. You have to live there with your loved one and make the care happen

The agent orange used then was contaminated with another unwanted chemical. Not the same thing

Despite what you and every med mal lawyer out there hugnry for a quick buck wants you to believe, modern medicine can't catch everything and cure it all. Be grateful they were able to find it and were able to do something about it. People like you are the reason why the quality of medicine is downtrending in this country b/c doctors are more concerned w/ covering their asses and passing the responsibility to the next guy than helping people. Quit being a baby

I have found that there are just as many dumbasses in medicine as in other fields (plumbing, law, painters, drug dealers, carpenters, etc.)
If a family member is in the hospital, you better have someone with them all the time, or they WILL frick up and forget some med, not document a Dr. Order, try to give a med that is listed as allergic, etc.
I've seen it time and again with my parents and inlaws. My high school drop out father in law has to constantly correct the RNs and MDs who treat his wife. It's like they never check the damn file.
