No kidding. My dad has 80 acres and lets a guy hunt on it for free. Why free? Because his day job is in earthmoving, periodically he'll do land improvements in exchange. The property is in much better shape now than it was when he first got it.

You say your land is close to the intracoastal, what's the elevation and do you know your flood zone?

I think he said high elevation, no flood zone with real good water access. Not sure, but that's what I recall.

In fact I think you can access deep water there. Seems like it might make a great warehouse / dock combo.

If he said it was high, I'm thinking 25-30 ft. Addis is only about 29' average above sea level. But, if it's high, you could be looking at as much as 35-30 ft.!
