Thankfully (for now), I don't know anyone that has tested positive.

Unless you live under a rock and don’t communicate with many people I find that hard to believe. I know at least 10 test + and one that has died.

As of yesterday, there were 9 in ICU at Oschner in BR with known or suspected COVID and another 12 on the tele unit known or suspected. Sister (no pics) and dad are physicians for Oschner and my dad also does is on the board as a director so he’s seeing things as they happen. He gets system wide updates as well. Said Nola is getting close to capacity but BR is ok for now.

I know someone who has the symptoms but tested negative. Symptoms got worse and had to go to Urgent Care and was told the nasal test were only ~67% reliable. And that others had tested negative twice in a row before testing positive on the third time. So I guess they likely have it.

I was just there the weekend the Irish Channel Parade was supposed to happen and I don't have it, nor does anyone I interacted with. I do, however, know one friend who tested positive for it, but I didn't see him this past trip.
