Not a trumper and I hope I get covid soon. By the new year everyone will probably have it anyway. Having a two week paid break from work sounds awesome.

I too, got tested today. I had a mild sinus infection that I'm getting over, but I still can't smell anything (since Friday).

I had a telemedicine appointment this morning, and they scheduled me to get tested three hours later.
No fever, no headache.
Just sinus pressure behind the eyes, followed by congestion and loss of smell. I haven't even had a cough.

Two weeks after that, I got pink eye and lost sense of taste and smell. Had a virtual doctor visit to get some drops for the pink eye. She ordered a test for me, got a positive test result for Covid 19.
Besides that two day stretch, never felt any other symptom that made me feel bad. Sense of taste and smell came back 2 weeks after the positive test. That was my Covid 19 experience.

Ok let's inject HIV into everyone and see how that goes. After that we can do Ebola. Screw it just give us all COVID 19, HIV, and Ebola. Our immune systems will be fine. /sarcasm

quote:It was the same for me. This was 10 weeks ago. I could smell something if I really tried to smell it up close. But you could fart in the room next to me and I couldn't smell it. Couldn't taste anything either (because of the smell being gone). You might have the 'rona.

Don’t bother getting tested either. There’s no point at all if you are well enough to just sit at home and stay hydrated. They are using these positive cases to bolster the fear tactics. It’s essentially the flu or a crappy feeling for a few days. Obviously if you need to go to hospital then go.
