I know State Farm layoffs were due in big part to migration. The old footprint was small regional offices throughout the country. New footprint is hubs in Bloomington, Dallas, Atlanta, and Tempe. Most were offered relocation but chose not to. As the regional offices begin to shutter, layoffs occur. In addition, technology and streamlining processes requires less staffing.

Nope, insurance companies are going to photo claims, and pro shops. Not much need for on the ground estimators
