Monitor your pulse ox level, that's what most doctors are telling their patients. So long as it's above 93% there's no need for further care, if it dips below that get to an ER/urgent care tho

Vaccinated no booster :5-11 200 in shape, workout 4-6 days a week.

Been coughing for about 7 days..nothing else.. did a take home test n it showed positive.

I have gone to the gym as usual.

Taking vitamin c-, cough meds and zinc

I had a few days of fever, explosive diarrhea, light cough, and all food tasted bad. I was able to do some work from home and take care of my 78 year old parents who also had covid. Ours was delta.

Congrats for surviving the worst pandemic since the bubonic plague. Should lock down for another two years!
