I call the ones who do sane.

If your brain is not allowing you to accept reality, how is that not a mental disease?

Because black Jesus and his tranny husband inhabited the White House and everything changed.....You cant call an Obama mentally ill...even though they both fit the bill.

What if it is genetics and not a disease?
Some men are "manly" and some are very feminine. Others are somewhere in between. Same applies to women.
It is possible that our genetics determine that.
I am a straight man, married with children. I have met gay and lesbian people that seem to be genuine people. Truth is that I am a little uncomfortable around them. I am on the manly side and find it hard to relate to them. I have never known a trans person. I personally believe most wish they were straight, but just aren't. I guess one could label it as a disease. I can agree with that. Same way I believe some of us get cancer or arthritis due to our genetics. But I don't necessarily agree that they denying reality. What makes a straight man desire females? I believe it is the genetic mix I was born with. "Their" reality is their sexual preference is not the norm. They could have a genetic makeup that gave them a non-normal sexual preference, and that is their reality.
I expect downvotes, but decided to share my opinion. I think we judge others too much these days.
