My gf has a so/so friend like this, more like a forced acquaintance.
She sucks so bad and I can’t stand her (for lots reasons)but this bitch is borderline psychotic when it comes to politics or social justice issues.

With people like this, I think this is the bigger issue. They will attach something that they have dealt with personality to a political issue and whatever umbrella that political view falls under, they become the extreme.
