I feel really bad for what officers have to put up with in this day and age.

Drunk guy keeps bothering cop who is trying to help out guy thats drugged out. Cop handled this extremely well.

I came to this thread thinking "today" was literal, and that you think it sucks for them to have to work all the traffic accidents and stuck cars because of the rain and flooding.

its not just cops, its society in general. look at schools.
i'm appalled by how little control teachers seem to have these days and how distractions in class and people on their phones the ENTIRE class seems to be acceptable behavior now.
yes i'm also looking at you LSU goof-offs who browse TD.com while in class.

If they try to exercise discipline, the parents bitch, moan, and threaten to sue, and the spineless administrators refuse to back up the classroom teachers. And God forbid a teacher lay hands on a student. I have a friend who's a high school math teacher who's had students get up in his face and threaten him. He has more self control than I do. I'd have knocked the fricker smooth out the first time it happened.

all you have to do, is do a ride along with a police officer in an inner city.
they get hassled every time they pull anyone over. It's always cause they are black. Guess what jackoff, ur 98% of the people who live in this area, of course blacks will be pulled over.
It's always a hassle, even the simplest of stops, they have to listen to their bullshite.

It's amazing that the places with the least amount of "crime" have enough money left over to pay their cops a decent salary. Southern states are the most dangerous for Police Officers to work in, but the states don't have enough money left over to pay them a decent salary because all our tax dollars go to handouts.
