I make my own jerky and have a Biltong guy too. Of course homemade stuff is superior in every way, but I've found their jerky to be about on par with mainstream bagged stuff in stores.
Like I said they've got some good flavors but expensive for what you get. Much prefer to go see my Biltong guy and get a big back for a trip.

I like a stop there for the needs. Take a leak, get a beverage for the road. In and out. It's our breakfast stop on the way home from the beach.

Ok I'll ask. Why do so many need to go? Don't have crappers where they came from? Carry a load with them always? I don't get it. Used to be 1 hole stops were always available.
