Those expiration dates mean nothing. It's just the company's way of getting you to buy more.

If there was no mold you'll be fine. Cheese doesn't expire.
But seriously, it doesn't matter. The eclipse is signaling the end of the world so you'll be dead anyway. Probably for the best though because it is possibly saving you from a terrible shite.

At my grandmothers old house we have a parmasen cheese from the year I was born in 91. Me and my uncle will still use it with no issues.
