Somebody tell him I-10 goes to one lane just east of the Mississippi River.

But that only inconveniences people traveling through Louisiana.

No not at all. There are 2 main entrances to Barksdale (West biggest & north gate) and Bodcau rd is just a small one.
This proposed ext will allow peeps to enter East Rez of base directly from 20/220 without getting off and traveling down side roads fir a couple miles. I welcome it.

really wish they would fix the sickness that is I-20 in Bossier. That is just about the worst fricking stretch of interstate I’ve ever seen. Feels like I’m riding off-road.
Rough as a cob. I'd guess that's the oldest piece of I-20.

Sure would like to see a priority on the 49 to 220 corridor. It would make driving through town a lot easier.

I still can’t fathom why they went @200 miles from I 10 to I 20 but couldn’t go 2 more miles to 220 in the first place.

why is the state and local government funding an interchange that doesn't do anything but go into the air force base? Why couldn't that money be spent on something that's actually useful to the citizens?

Agreed, and once i49 gets extended all the way from 220 to i20 we’ll be in great shape.

How much longer is it gonna take on that stretch of 49 by Cross Lake?

Have you driven the east bound section of 3132 between Mansfield and Ellerbe roads? It is an apalling goat track.

Through town? Probably 20 yrs.; the 220 tie in? probably 12-18 months??? It will be super nice once the 220 tie-in is done.
