The I-10 in Baton Rouge going down to one lane off the bridge is the worst design in the country to me.

Are you speaking of the under the RR tracks area by Metairie Road? If so, that's still the I10.

Yeah, pretty stupid, but it doesn't cause wrecks or traffic jams except for maybe once every 5 years.
