You would think they could leave the view of the lakes since there are no houses literally on the water.

I would rather them not build sound walls on the bridges over the lake.

Good luck getting Baton Rouge motorists to figure that one out. If it’s not right in front of their face they’re not going to see it and use it.

There’s people who still sit in a line of traffic at the stop sign on Pecue at Jefferson by Stake Galaxy instead of taking the Stumberg extension behind Woman’s hospital that’s been open for years now.

There are still people, coming from 110, that use the old Washington St. exit.

You will not see the city park lakes from I-10 after it's done. In fact it will probably feel like you are driving in a concrete valley.

Good. The fewer things available to distract the stupid fricks that drive in this city, the better.

The I-110 traffic would get off at the new Terrace Ave exit. It won't be possible to go from I-110 to Washington Street without making a 90 degree turn or driving backwards (which I'm sure will happen at some point) .

The only real way to get to Washington street from I-110 is to take the left hand side exit to Terrace, then take the roundabout to Braddock.

Here's the general plan (what's shaded in black was already built).

The report also calls for acquiring and demolishing or removing the “modern addition” to The Overpass Merchant on Perkins Road and for removing the covered patio at Ivar’s, also on Perkins Road.

Who cares about a metal shed behind Overpass Merchant? They aren't removing Ivars or The Overpass Merchant.

Shutting down the Narin overpass for a few years is going to suck. But hopefully it'll be worth it when it's all said and done.

There's your supplemental funding source right there. Name one-mile stretches after an ambulance chaser.

We'll pass from the Dudley-Debosier Difference Highway to the Peyton Murphy "Don't Be A Victim Twice" Victory Lane

That should speed up construction. Or...wait...
