It is, but the cone doesn’t go out far enough in time yet to show the northward turn.

Levi talks about the high pressure over the southeast helping to keep the storm offshore. Anyone know how long that high pressure will last?
The longer it stays I assume is better for the Gulf states not having a storm to deal with.
Does high pressure park itself in one location for weeks at a time or is it expected to move away.
Thanks to any weather guys who respond...

What are you excited about?
No storms at this stage is meaningless.
September and October….get the popcorn and batteries ready.

What are the chances we get out of this year unscathed and our premiums go down?
About the same as finding a herd of unicorns on your property. If you do, check with the LDWF to make sure you won't get in trouble for keeping quadrupeds on it.

What in my post says anything about being excited about? I was asking if anyone knew how long the high pressure would last.
Im not wanting it to go away so we can have a storm. I am wanting it to stay for a few more weeks to get us past the "height of the season".

We had quite a few years with zero threats of anything since Katrina, maybe this is another

What’s going on with the temps at the end of the GFS and euro runs
No way Christmas comes so early

The crazy stat on this is that we could go unscathed but premiums still go up.

The season cranks with the Football season. Always has. Always will until football starts in July.
We melted in August and swam out of it from September to October
Tampa Bay.
