I hope you rotate those bottles. Otherwise, you'll have plastic tasting water when you go to drink it.
Also, if storing in those transparent bottles, keep them out of light.
To be safe, plan on treating the water before use.

I stock with things I'll end up eating by the end of the season/year anyway.

Tuna, green beans. Chicken noodle soups.

I don't ever remember the water shutting down, but we always buy cases and fill up tubs

Canned chicken and beef, and canned vegetables. Cans of Ravioli for the young'uns. Dried red beans and black-eyed peas. And lots of bottled water.

Along with a small generator to keep the freezer and refrigerator going.
