They deserve to get hammered until someone is brought to justice for Bruiser Brody's murder.

Happens slack. Just trying to give ya an assist there. Now we get to see if we're still deepening on the next pass.

Is there a way to tell it's flagged when looking at the raw data?

That last number is a flag. I need to look into what the actual numbers mean.

First column indicates status of positional variables as follows:
0 All parameters of nominal accuracy
1 Lat/lon questionable
2 Geopotential altitude or static pressure questionable
3 Both lat/lon and GA/PS questionable

Second column indicates status of meteorological variables as follows:
0 All parameters of nominal accuracy
1 T or TD questionable
2 Flight-level winds questionable
3 SFMR parameter(s) questionable
4 T/TD and FL winds questionable
5 T/TD and SFMR questionable
6 FL winds and SFMR questionable
9 T/TD, FL winds, and SFMR questionable

Baws on storm2k bringing the knowledge for me.

This is really sad to see plus the fact that many of those people moved to Domenica and T&C are now getting destroyed by Maria.

929mb with a pretty good wind.

165 mph winds at the surface, 195 mph less than 600 feet up.

They did get the brunt. St. Croix was south and was spared. Looks like it will take a much bigger hit this time.

ETA: St. John and the BVI got the brunt and St. John is definitely part of the USVI.

This double whammy is about to ruin Caribbean vacationing for a decade.

It's insane how fast this storm strengthened

Me too the poor people on Dominica are about to experience the the full brunt of a steady to strengthening Category 5, nature's most prolonged and powerful of storms. Terrifying doesn't begin to cover it.

Downstream St. Croix missed the worst of Irma at least but won't be so lucky this time and then poor bankrupt PR to follow. Heartbreaking.
