Well ladies and gents, Gordon certainly isn’t the first to see the Mississippi coast and say NOPE

It never did much more than a regular strong thunderstorm here in Ft. Walton, and I am perfectly fine with that as it means postponing mowing for at least another few days

Here’s to hoping this is the extent of the Gulf landfalls this year, but HISTORY tells me we won’t be quite that lucky

The only way that dog could ever lose an election is if he faced the unfortunate circumstance of his opponent being the devils

WDAM...

I remember their coverage when Katrina was spinning in the gulf at 180 MPH.
Old dude said, “We gonna’ get a little rain and we gonna’ get a little wind.”

I mean. He was right, I guess.

I didn't move to Hattiesburg until a year later. I guess I missed out on their certainly outstanding Katrina coverage.

That’s like calling 9/11 a minor air traffic SNAFU

I always wonder why they seem to seek out the most unusual and least ‘normal’ individuals they can find for witness quotes. Is it intentional or are they the only people that will regularly do it without any reservation?

I’d gladly give them an eye witness account if a house blew up in my neighborhood or something, but they’ll go find my neighbor that speaks English as his fifth language, has an eye patch, and a pet badger on his shoulder or some shite.

The things weigh 6 ounces and have a parachute. It would be like being hit by a feather. There must be some other reason they don't drop them over land.

Oh how I miss Thibodaux. Lived there for 8 years starting in the mid ‘70s. Iron Horse was my second home! Had to hit the Pitt Grill on the way home.
