looking at the NWS reflectivity radar out of Newport/Morehead... the SE eyewall is barely hanging on by a thread

You don't want Isaac to weaken TH03. A weak Isaac has a better chance of getting into the GOM.

How did the name Issac not get retired? It flooded SE La and had made the river crest records for most of the Pontchartrain basin rivers until 2016 flood came
