Sort of true. The milk is already there, but it causes a "let down" and sometimes leaking. Doesn't have to be your own baby. Just any baby. Kind of aggravating when you go places.

We've got a 2 year old and a 2 month old. The other night they are both asleep while we were watching tv and the 2 year old starts crying from his bedroom. I look over, and it was like someone had turned on a faucet in my wife's bra
