How “open” really is Texas? Are restaurants open downtown? Or nice eating establishments anywhere around Houston?

I’ve had a couple buddies in EADO send me pictures from a bar/restaurant. The background didn’t look crowded tho or any other people there.

It’s not. Only letting in a few people at a time. I went to Fedex, Sams, and Lowe’s yesterday plus a little Asian fast food joint and waited outside at every one of them. Some people come out and they let others in.

Just left Christians Tailgate Midtown... about 40% occupancy... decent amount of foot traffic

Use to really enjoy going to the House of Blues down there.

Don’t know about everything but my backyard was open.
Had lunch at Anthonies in Simonton. Thank you for being open.

Downtown Houston is a ghost town regardless of quarantine.
