We should have regular street sweeping on Interstates too.

Essen lane was two lane with a grass divider in 1982, Seigen lane was also two lane, don’t remember if it was divided. They became what they are today because the original roads couldn’t handle the growth in traffic. Where does the traffic go if these streets were returned to the original configuration.
