How would you feel about some Boondock Saints vigilantes in the BR & NO area?

Would you be upset at some extralegal entity cutting through the red tape and...

All these murderers and child molestors released by corrupt judges like Trudy White.

These criminals, violent thugs that roam the streets and make the area unsafe for decent folk, if they felt fear, knowing that they were no longer safe, might it change things?

Just think...

Places around campus could be cleaned up through the use of force and fear, driving the rats from their holes and making them flee in terror.

Instead of committing horrible crimes, destroying the lives of innocents then being released to do it again, what if there was a force waiting for them?

It's an impossible dream for sure because anyone who attempts to truly clean the scum from the streets will be attacked by the media and the Gravy train, but would the common people, the decent people of S. Louisiana, stand beside them?

Boondock Saint is actually the cop hangout/bar in Nola. Current and retired NOPD are usually 50%+ of the people in there.

It was my hangout for a brief time fwiw

As long as the boondocks saints were black I'd be indifferent to it. Wouldn't be worth it to hear the cries of racism if they were a couple white Italians.

Boondock Saints or a Dexter would be cool.

It is owned by a couple retired NOPD officers. Friend of mine still bartends there a couple days a week. Cool bar with a great jukebox and good beer prices. I usually bounce between there and Erin Rose when I am in the quarter.

I'd much rather a Batman style vigilante.

Batman doesn't usually kill people.

Batman is the worst style vigilante.

He won't kill, so he just puts them in Arkham, from which they constantly escape.

If he'd just kill them they wouldn't escape and cause mayhem again. Kind of like how if Trudy White and her ilk would stop freeing murderers and rapists with a slap on the wrist the area would be better off.

Batman ain't gonna work here. Can't fricking go anywhere in the Batmobile with the traffic. Nothing to swing off of but the bridge. Which I guess works for him because he'll have to swing off that mother fricker once he gets the Batmobile stuck in all day traffic trying to stop shite around the bridge.

All for it. Every major city could use a Dexter Morgan waiting in the shadows as well.
