I mean come on. At least just allow inverter generators, they are super quiet, but we all know what they want, they only want jackery generators out there.

GO for it. Hundreds of state troopers will be in town who will enforce the law and throw you right in jail. Doubt the "tolerance" level is even moderate this year.
They’ll be profiling. Not the old guy in new balances manning the grill

Halo Prime 300 - Portable Battery powered pellet grill
I have one of these. Electric and battery powered... Ignites the wooden pellets. Thing is killer for camping trips and tailgating. My downtown condo doesn't allow gas or charcoal grills but they approved me to grill with this thing on my balcony because it is "electric."

Good!!! Mardi Gras used to be bringing stuff from home or ordered Chicken with no roped of sections on the neutral grounds.

Actually, the perfect target to show no profiling and discrimination. Get everyone especially the old white guy in new balance shoes.

The people who post on here, it will be enforced
The people that congregate for parades let's say around St Charles and the Expressway underpass will not be
Hope this helps
