Not sure about the proliferation of running water throughout the country, but the satellite photos of a nearly completely dark country at night were countered quickly by the DPRK with "we are not concerned with flashy lights." Comical.

You may be correct, however I don't believe NK has this capability. China could hurt the U.S.economy with sanctions.

North Korea is not a real threat to us, neither is ISIS or any other country right now. The biggest threat to Americans is our own corrupt government and the global powers that want to command and conquer the planet under one government. This is just classic propaganda.
Why would we not completely annihilate such a terrible group like ISIS if we are perfectly capable? (which we are) That is because we created and armed ISIS, and we're letting them run free until we feel it's time to squash them.
