have several oxygen medical tanks. How can I get them refilled or exchanged for full ones?
Open nozzle
Hold up in the air
Spin around really fast in circles to force the air around you inside the bottle. Close valve quickly after a minute or two

What is the difference in medical grade oxygen and O2 for cutting torch? I figured oxygen is oxygen I didn’t know there were grades

Today industrial and medical grade O2 is generally the exact same thing since it is cheaper to produce the one grade and have one distribution chain but the filling of tanks requires a different procedure.
There is also five-nines gas which is 99.999% pure O2 which will have a separate supply chain.
The other grade I know of is some sort of aviation O2 which has a very low moisture content.

Not a single difference in how it's produced. Medical grade requires tighter tracking and paperwork to protect consumers. If there's a "bad batch", the rest in the lot would have to be pulled from service asap
