Used to live there. Most folks pretty nice but you could get buried where God can't find you by some of the fringe element.

The fact is that whites do honestly hold most of the control. It has to be shared more due to political reforms, but overall it primarily belongs to whites.

Who are "whites"?
Don't act as if everyone lighter than a paper bag is of the same stock.
If anything I'd say "white people" are More diverse due to having backgrounds from widely different ethnicities.
