Not really discussed other than impact on work stuff... not sure about social issues, but I would highly doubt I work directly with anyone stupid enough to be fiscally liberal.

I try to avoid talking about politics and religion in general, but if someone ask my opinion I will give it. People are irrational when it comes to these topics. Everyone has a different reason why they believe in what they believe and I respect it. If I think I can make someone look at "the whole picture" then I will make an attempt, but I am not going to get into an argument because that doesn't do anything at all. It means both people are passionate about what the believe in and they are not going to convince each other to see things there way.

We talk about it frequently. Pretty left leaning team overall but more centrists than raging libs. Nonetheless, they all hate Trump.
