I'm sure there are stuck up ladies in the organization but anytime I've been in JR League store in Charlotte, the ladies working there have been extremely nice. Tend to trend older, perhaps retired but they do a good job.
They had a boutique near the hospital outside of uptown at one time that seemed to be staffed by snobs but I think it closed a long time ago.
I go through our closets at least twice a year.
