WTF are you doing in your sleep that requires you to shower before AND after bed? You basically said "so you wake up and start your day without having showered for 8 hours."

I work out in the late afternoon, when I do.

To be fair, I acknowledged my weirdness for showering right before going to the gym. Twice a day seems normal. Once? I can’t understand that.
