How Much Will The Govt Attempt To Extort to Stop These Incessant Calls?

They've been ramping up on them lately and everyone I know is getting them. It can't be cheap to harass this many people and I can't imagine at this point that this same tired arse scheme is fooling all that many people. All I can think is that at some point they're going to make themselves look like heroes by extorting more tax payer dollars to stop this which is ridiculous considering we have departments that are already supposed to be curtailing this kind of thing. I mean, answer the call, play the game and act as if you're falling for the scheme then follow the money....how hard can it be to catch whoever is doing this?
