Idk what I would do, but most likely I'd help when asked & could validate the need and quantify that if you fk this up, I'm cutting everyone off.

I'd only let my immediate family know. I wouldn't make them loaded but I would pay all of their debts and have a fund for their kids' education. My mother wouldn't worry about a thing and could do whatever she wanted on my dime. I'd probably take time off, travel the world, and bang as many women as I could. Maybe get some Ricky William's weed and then come back and do something productive.

Absolutely none. I would invest 400 million of it in state bonds, guaranteed tax-free at 5% interest. Then take the remaining 50 million and buy a bunch of hunting land and build a lodge on it. Then I would proceed to pay for thing for my immediate family with the income from the interest.

Moot question. Nothing from nothing leaves nothing. 
On the plus side, I bought a $1 scratch-off as the machine doesn't give change for my $5, and that was a $15 winner! I'm gonna roll it up like a good degenerate gambler into $10 and $5 scratch-offs.
