I'm legit Cajun. Family is from Alsace Lorraine. But my parents moved out if state when I was 4. So I don't have an accent.

I don't know where that puts me in the scale.. It's in my blood, but I grew up in the city.

Ville Platte checking in. I'm thinking 8-9 only because I'm educated and do get out and about a bit. I know a few 10's who didn't make it through HS, have never left the state and dont care to, play the accordion that's been passed on through generations, can catch a fish in a toilet, and shoot a squirrel in a hay field. Yep, who ever says there are none in Evanegine Parish has never been there.
