How much is “Title and License” when buying a car in LA?

I’m assuming it’s a standard fee but I can’t find it anywhere. Obviously tax is what it is in the city of purchase, but are the others set fees or are they based on cost of vehicle, vehicle type, size?

Going to be buying a vehicle for my son in the next few weeks and trying to be prepared to know exactly what those three nonnegotiable costs will be. I hate buying cars and have happily driven our current vehicles for over ten years each...so I haven’t done this in a while.
