How much you need to live in metro/urban vs rural/suburban is a much better study. Nashville takes a hell of a lot more than 60k, whereas areas 20-30 minutes outside Metro 60k is plenty enough to live well

They didn't add in the money one would need to be able to travel on a regular basis so they don't off themselves cause they made the horrible choice to live in Mississippi.
